    One of our local brands, Bender Vacation Rentals, is looking for a Business Development Representative to support their team in beautiful Gulf Shores, AL.

    Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of Monarch. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and establishing relationships with potential clients. The BDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and contribute to the overall business expansion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and target audience segments within the hospitality industry
    • Utilize effective prospecting techniques to generate leads and convert them into valuable sales opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process and deliver an exceptional customer experience
    • Demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions and make recommendations when speaking to customers/prospects

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
    • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients
    • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications) or equivalent experience in a related field
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure and perform duties of job meeting expectations set by the Business Development Manager
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • Must have Alabama Real Estate License
