Monarch DIRECT is a rapidly growing Full-Service Print Shop, Graphic Design and Sign Company in Port Charlotte FL which has a full-time position available for experienced Graphic Designer – Commercial Signs.

 YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

 You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of large format printing equipment and have experience making decisions independently in keeping with the company mission of OUTSTANDING service and products.

• Design work within the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign.
• Design new Commercial Sign projects to client specifications.
• Understand and create designs for the permitting process.
• Work with sales team for vision and specifications.
• Work with fabrication and installation team throughout the entire process.
• Creating and sending files to large format printers and Routing table RIPS.

• Stay organized and accountable throughout the day, able to stay on task and complete jobs daily

• Ability to “dodge and weave” depending on projects in production
• Meet with people one-on-one and over the phone without hesitation
