· Position reports directly to the General Manager

In this key role as HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible to manage the service operations of the company. You will directly own the hiring, teaching, and training of Service Technicians. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

· High school diploma/GED

· Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus

· 3+ years of HVAC management experience

· Experience in hiring, training and motivating a field team

· Residential HVAC service experience

· CFC, NATE or RSES certifications preferred

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Organized with an ability to prioritize workload

· Superior troubleshooting/problem-solving skills

· Clean driving record

· Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check

· Must be willing to live or relocate to the Bakersfield, CA area
