Leads are coming in – in part because the second largest retailer in the USA, Costco, has selected us to be the EXCLUSIVE provider of heating and cooling systems in their Bakersfield, Fresno and Visalia warehouse stores. Your proven track record in sales, combined with relationship building skills and our proprietary “Persuasion Sales System” training, will allow you to shine in this role. In this position you will be responsible to establish and grow the residential market by identifying and troubleshooting customer needs, presenting information, and providing excellent customer service!

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ years successful outside sales experience
• Residential Solar or HVAC sales experience is a plus
• Excellent closing skills
• Coachable, teachable and trainable individual
• Effective communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Self-motivated with a good attitude and willingness to work
