You will be consulted by top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and maximize our sustainability and profitability. Responsibilities: Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget Qualifications: Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management Compensation: $19.50 - $21 hourly
