Monarch Roofing is hiring a Brand Ambassador to continuously represent the company in the community. This position will be responsible for making connections with applicable people and businesses and making sure Monarch stays top of mind for consumers in the area by consistently having a presence. The Brand Ambassador with strengthen existing connections and create new partnerships in the community.Duties:

Making new business connections in the community;

Solidifying current business relationships by having a consistent presence;

Having a presence at jobsites to make connections with the customer;

Being a part of all offsite events;

Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times;

Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.

Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.

Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Ability to travel.
