The Position:
Monarch Roofing is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Business Development Team. The Sales Manager position is responsible for managing and exceeding set sales targets through new contracts. The Sales Manager will manage a sales team assigned to various geographic territories in the Grand Strand, and develop and apply strategies to reach goals. The Sales Manager will provide group and individual training, coaching, and support to motivate and develop the skill level of the sales team.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides leadership and develops teamwork
Develops sales plans to support the overall company revenue goals.
Collaborates with the marketing department on strategies to increase lead generation.
Collaborates with the production team to obtain insights on how to improve the sales team strategies and job margins.
Responsible for strategies to support the achievement of sales targets
Reviews major sales proposals.
Represents the company in social events, conferences and networking.
Encourages the company culture by leading all sales activities and meetings.
Teaches and continually reinforces Monarch’s 100% customer satisfaction service.
Spends time with each sales team member coaching and training to improve sales skills and motivation.
Leads sales meetings to discuss the market and sales strategies
Continually works to increases the sales closing percentages
Helps the team meets and exceeds sales goals established by general management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED:
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
Proven track record of success
Roofing or Construction Experience is a plus but not required

SALARY: This position offers a competitive salary and a commission plan that will average from $100,000 to $120,000/year.
