    Overview:

    The Production Coordinator position reports to the New Construction Division Manager. This position works closely with the Division Manager’s Assistant, the Production Manager and Account Managers. The Production Coordinator dominates job coordination & scheduling, working diligently to keep the team and customer informed at all times. The Production Coordinator maintains vendor relations and performs a variety of administrative tasks needed to implement and follow consistent best practices for in-office production (ordering, scheduling, etc.) and customer service. This position assures timeliness of all aspects of jobs and helps to maximize overall experience before, during and after the jobs are completed through the Production Manager and field team. The Production Coordinator is responsible for making sure communication is open and smooth between all stakeholders involved in production to facilitate and maximize every job for the best customer service possible.

    Duties:

    Provides accurate data to team;

    Keeps daily logs on boards of data collected;

    Provides feedback on efficiency of the production team;

    Works with Production Manager to keep production team accountable for the success;

    Schedules deliveries/orders and reschedules as needed;

    Reviews job costs versus budget on every job and makes suggestions to DM for budget adjustments as needed;

    Schedules Crews with assistance of Production Team;

    Verifies Contract to match delivery tickets;

    Updates delivery/production “boards”;

    Reviews inspections prior to payroll;

    Verifies weekly payroll (hours) for Account Managers;

    Manages Sub-Crew / and Superintendent schedules for coming jobs;

    Manages Sub-Crew payments and sign off on work; makes sure that change orders are charged to customer;

    Works with Production Manager to be sure that returns are being made post-job;

    Schedules Punch List and Warranty item requests with full and proper information on requests including details on parts needed, location of corrections, tools needed, etc.;

    Implements better ways to increase production & quality;

    Maintains Job Completion log;

    Maintains a log of material extras that cannot be returned and uses material for upcoming jobs;

    Assures satisfaction of clients through communication.

    Physical Abilities and Working Conditions:
