Job specifications:

• Handle the receipt and data entry of all purchase orders on a daily basis and expediting orders on an as needed basis in support of customer requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding product, pricing, and freight/shipping and provide satisfaction to the customer through problem resolution.
• Provide product information and basic technical support for all product lines.
•  Provide proof of shipment delivery, track and/or trace shipments.
• Communicate with and support Customer Service Supervisor.
• Handle freight claims and returns with freight carriers.
• Prepare commercial invoices and export documents.
• Liaise with Technical Services (ENG/QC), Materials, Production (Machining/Assembly), and Shipping to facilitate sales efforts.
• Answer phone calls.
• Process Returned Merchandise Authorization entry and follow up.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned
