We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant who’s looking to grow, learn, lead, and contribute. If that’s you, read on. About you You’re a great communicator and a natural helper. You not only crave organization, but you’re adept at creating order and processes where you see opportunities for them. You’re steady and even-keeled with the ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once. You have a favorite project/task management system (e.g. Trello). You ask the right questions for clarity and anticipate others’ needs (“proactive” is your middle name). You’re not afraid to get on the phone or jump in when help is needed. You’re eager to learn about real estate, but you’re not looking to become an agent. And you like to have fun! Responsibilities: Here are some of the key proficiencies we’re looking for: • You have a real estate license in good standing or are willing to get licensed within 60 days of starting • Real estate experience is a huge plus, however experience in high-volume administration, customer service, project management, or wrangling cats are good substitutes! • You’re tech-savvy and a quick learner. Some of the tools we use are GSuite, Slack, MLS input, CAR/ZipForms, DocuSign, Zoom, JotForm, Canva, Zapier, Brivity or other CRM is a huge plus. If you don’t have experience with these, you’re excited to learn Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License • The best thing about this job is that it’s never boring. No two days are the same, but some of the main job duties include: A day in the life • Managing lead agent’s calendar and inbox, responding to client inquiries and having an excellent follow-up with leads • Answering lead agent’s phone, converting leads into appointments, and finding answers to callers’ questions (even if you don’t know the answer right away, you’ll find out!) • Maintaining and improving systems for referrals, our client database, webinars, etc. and finding other opportunities to streamline and improve our processes • Assisting with writing offers, listing agreements, and other addenda • Inputting listings into the MLS and being the last line of defense on quality control for all our marketing and advertising • Managing and growing our Instagram and other online presence • Helping keep track of team goals, metrics, budget, and finances • Sending client gifts and leading the charge on our VIP Club experience for past clients • Managing occasional rentals for tenant placement (not frequently, but it’s extra $$)The Monday Team at Keller Williams Realty is an open-minded, fun-loving real estate team of 11 leaders (including agents and staff). While much of your work can be conducted remotely, we care a lot about culture and would expect you to be in the office 2-3 days a week. Who are we anyway? Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
