Schedule: Thursday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Breakfast & Front Desk | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Housekeeping) We’re looking for a warm, service-oriented Innkeeper to join our Guest Services team. In this hybrid role, you'll help create memorable experiences for every guest—from preparing and presenting breakfast to assisting with check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining the inviting standards of our inn. Your morning will be spent welcoming guests, managing the front desk, and serving a light breakfast with friendly conversation. In the afternoon, you’ll transition to housekeeping duties, including room resets and laundry, helping us prepare for incoming guests. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hospitality-focused environment. Strong communication skills and a genuine love for guest interaction are essential. Responsibilities include: • Preparing and presenting a simple breakfast service • Engaging warmly with guests and providing local recommendations • Assisting with check-outs and answering guest questions • Monitoring cleanliness and guest-readiness of common areas • Completing housekeeping tasks including guest room turnovers and laundry Responsibilities: • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Work with the housekeeping supervisor and team members to complete daily cleaning tasks. Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Compensation: $19 plus tips
