Job Description

The Traveling Operations Manager will consult with new and existing teams to evaluate business operations, assess the utilization of Moneta’s resources, and determine improvement strategies in line with the firm’s strategic initiatives. As a liaison between Moneta’s Enterprise Service Team and Partner Teams, the Traveling Operations Manager will offer guidance on developing and implementing standard operating procedures and best leveraging the operational service offerings. In addition, this role will require travel as needed to support teams in other Moneta office locations.

_ Job Responsibilities_

• Assist CSMs, Advisors and Partners in daily operations
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Moneta’s processes and procedures
• Drive productivity by introducing and implementing Moneta’s standard operating procedures and centralized service offerings
• Provide daily supervision, acts as a coach/mentor and assists with career pathing & succession planning
• Foster a collaborative environment where mutual trust and respect are core values
• Facilitate training for the team
• Technology liaison, subject matter expert for systems and how they affect the team and clients
• Facilitate communication between Partners, Advisors, and Client Service Managers
• Ensure adherence to Moneta compliance guidelines
• Front line resource for interviewing candidates for CSM/Advisor recruiting for the team
• Travel required up to 25%
• Contribute to an environment of open, honest, and timely communication
• Understand and reinforce our ‘Why’ in all your actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in Finance
• 3+ years’ progressively more responsible experience leading and managing talent
• Ability to create and nurture a collaborative, team-centric environment
• Adept at learning and using technology - proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be professional, personable, well-organized, and have a strong attention to detail
• Ability to be resourceful and flexible in interactions
