  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Work with the bill pay team to maintain client transaction details and supporting documentation of those transactions
    • Download client data from external sources and classify them in Quickbooks
    • Reconcile bank statements
    • Reconcile credit card activity
    • Prepare monthly compliance reports, secure signatures on reports, and save to Laserfiche
    • Prepare ad hoc reporting for Client and Partners as necessary
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
    • Knowledge of Quick Books Desktop software preferred but not required
    • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred but not required
