The right person for this role is someone who has a deep understanding of direct response marketing -- in other words, you'll need extensive knowledge of paid ads (Facebook & Youtube), webinar funnels, VSL funnels, and other direct response marketing campaigns. About the Role: You will be responsible for creating and actioning project plans, overseeing our creative ad teams, webinar & VSL funnels, social media presence and strategy, email sequences & client lead generation. You'll need to have an excellent understanding of: - Long and short-form sales pages, upsells, downsells, FB/IG/Tik Tok/YouTube ads, webinars, email marketing high-ticket coaching packages, and info products. - How to budget and read metrics within Facebook, Google, Tiktok, and YouTube ads (we have media buyers, but you'll want to have a solid understanding of how to translate the data into strategy), as well as an understanding of platforms like Clickfunnels, Active Campaign, Wordpress, Infusionsoft, Mailchimp, - How to see gaps in existing strategy to maintain high-converting funnels and strategies. - And how to keep reaching potential clients while standing out from the rest. Messaging that overcomes skepticism and creates certainty in a crowded space where we stand above the rest. This role is NOT for someone who is an SEO expert, content manager, or inbound marketing specialist. This is strictly direct response marketing and requires an individual who has experience managing direct response marketing campaigns. Other Requirements: -Must Have 2 years experience building funnels in ClickFunnels - At least 2 years' experience planning, managing, and executing direct response marketing campaigns. - At least 2 years' experience working as a client, operations and project manager for fast-paced entrepreneurs. - A good understanding of digital marketing metrics and how digital marketing delivers results -- this is NOT an inbound, SEO, or content marketing role (if you don't know what a funnel is, you probably won't be a fit). - Done your research and can clearly articulate what we're about, what we do, and who our clients are. - An understanding of all aspects of digital marketing at a basic level - strategy, copywriting, funnel building, email automation, FaceBook & Youtube ads. - Experience with data reporting, metrics and how to use those for optimizing results. - Basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving. - An extremely professional approach and are able to work under very strict deadlines when called upon. - The readiness to join a team in a FULL TIME capacity. While this position is virtual, it is a full time role, Monday through Friday with the entrepreneurial mindset of doing whatever it takes to be successful.
