    INTERNSHIP PROGRAM WILL CONSIST OF:

    • A first day orientation
    • Bi-monthly lunch and learns hosted by ELT members and HR
    • Department staff meetings and corporate “All Hands Meetings”
    • Online training programs as assigned by the Corporate Training Department and the department manager
    • Project work within the assigned department
    • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
    • Shadow team members and train on a variety of tasks
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • ​​​​​Must be enrolled in or pursuing an accredited university/college degree program
    • Rising sophomore, junior or senior
    • Major(s) preferred: Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, BAIS/MIS, Human Resource Mgmt, Psychology, STEM majors
    • Must be at least 18 years of age

    SKILLS

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
    • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and work cross-functionally
    • Detail oriented, and a team player

    Additional Information

    • Full time: Monday – Friday, 35-40 hours per week
    • 10-week Internship program
    • $17 - $19 per hour
    • On-site wellness center
