Job Description

The Customer and business analytics team is looking for high-performing professionals who will apply their quantitative expertise, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity to solve business problems

• Develop quantitative solutions using data science to directly impact customer targeting, acquisition, loyalty, and retention
• Develop customer journey maps, custom segmentation, customer profiling and customer graduation strategies to better understand and anticipate needs of our customers
• Analyze customer level information to determine the effectiveness of strategies and recommend necessary changes to improve business profitability
• Perform advanced operational analytics to provide intelligence and actionable recommendations to solve business issues.
• Assess product fit for current customers and provide analytical support behind innovative new products for our customer base
• Analyze portfolio trends to deliver strategic business insights from internal and external data.
• Communicate concise and actionable business strategies from vast amounts of data for Sr. Management.
• Answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business that make a significant impact.
• Democratize data across the enterprise by developing state of the art, automated, suite of tableau monitors to aid day to day decision making and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Decision Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research or Engineering

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of direct experience in a Quantitative/Data Science role using advanced analytics
• 1+ years managing a team of data analyst/scientist
• 4+ years of experience with visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)
• 4+ years of experience with Python, R, SQL or similar programming languages

SKILLS

• Ability to thrive in in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to use analytical insights to drive business strategy
• Strong development experience with Python is recommended along with DS libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit learn etc.)
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Experience in SQL and database optimization
• Experience with financial modeling and P&L is preferred
• Experience working in a fintech or finance/banking is preferred
