    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Under the direction of the Director of People Operations, the People Operations Associate is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding life cycle. This includes posting positions, pipeline development, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating a seamless offer to orientation process, and 30-60-90 day onboarding efforts. Additionally, the position supports global employer branding efforts and works to deliver a best-in-class hiring and new employee onboarding experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive  the recruitment of potential team members via recruiting platform, team member referrals, pipeline development, and passive candidate sourcing
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop screening criteria, interview questions, and 30-60-90 day expectations
    • Contact potential candidates and coordinates interview schedules
    • Manage the organization's applicant tracking system
    • Coordinate offers, conducts orientation, and facilitates 30-60-90 day check-ins for new team members
    • Check candidate work history, competency and other qualifications
    • Maintain employer pages such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed
    • Support and coordinate team member engagement initiatives
    • Partner and coordinate with the Global PeopleOps team in support of ongoing People Ops initiatives, including employee engagement programs, performance management cycles, L&D, and others.

    ABOUT YOU

    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in recruitment role, with hands-on experience in talent
    • Demonstrated experience effectively coordinating and executing the hiring process
    • Experience working with a variety of candidates including engineers, data scientists, marketing professionals, operations, and/or product managers
    • Experience working with Microsoft Excel as well as G Suite
    • Stellar interpersonal skills; must be able to able to engage with team members at all levels and to be able to handle sensitive issues with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
    • Excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
    • Familiar with HR-related laws and hiring best practices
    • Related Bachelor's preferred
