    MoneyLion is looking for an Administrative Assistant to Chief Executive Officer position to join our Administration team.

    MoneyLion, is a high growth startup that just closed our Series C round of funding at “near unicorn” valuation. Our mission is to help our members improve their financial lives through a set of innovative products designed to help them improve their credit and cover short term needs while educating them and provide low cost mechanisms to start investing.

    The Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer provides administrative support in a variety of functions to our CEO that are focused on increasing the efficiency of the executive. The role reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration, and summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format for the executive to review. The Admin Assistant responds to or routes priority or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging on behalf of the executive. Additionally, the role creates or directs creation of reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the executive, coordinates high level projects, travel arrangements, and meetings, and will, at times, travel with the CEO in support of MoneyLion's global team. It's pivotal that this position maintains a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives.

    POSITION ENVIRONMENT

    This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will work within a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Several times a year this position will be required to travel and/or work hours outside of the typical workday in support of company events and engagements. The work will be generally independent and collaborative in nature.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Requires an associate degree or its equivalent.

    • 4 to 7 years of experience supporting executive level leadership within a dynamic environment

    • Significant experience coordinating communications and public relations efforts on behalf of executives

    • Experience managing executive calendars as well as screening calls and walk-ins

    • Experience creating reports and presentations for leadership and a proven ability to discern pertinent information

    • Ability to multitask and exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced startup environment
