ABOUT THE ROLE

The Site Reliability Engineer will work with our growing engineering teams in the U.S. and Kuala Lumpur to accommodate user growth and provide greater reliability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Automate CI/CD pipelines
• Create self-service CI/CD pipelines
• Maintain and improve observability, reliability, scalability, and autohealing of infrastructure
• Build observability scaffolding and help engineering teams adopt it into their respective applications
• Contribute to and drive forward infrastructure resiliency and failover for disaster recovery and business continuity
• Participate in an on-call rotation for infrastructure-related issues
• Serve as the go-to person for solving problems in your domain of expertise
• Evangelize practices of observability and autohealing across the engineering organization
• Contribute to the vision and long-term strategy of the company.

ABOUT YOU

• At least one programming language (in no order): Python, Golang, Java, Ruby, C++
• Some monitoring system (in no order): Datadog, statsd, Prometheus, New Relic, Nagios
• At least one CI/CD tool (in no order): Jenkins, TeamCity, CircleCI, CodeFresh
• At least one configuration management tool (in no order): Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible
