QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hospitality experience 1 year minimum
- Spirit knowledge a plus
- Available to work Weekends/nights/holidays
- 20+ hours per week
DUTIES:
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before, during and at the end of service hours.
- Constantly keeping up with clean glassware and polishing.
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock napkins and straws.
- Make syrups and batches by method of cooking and vacuum sealing. Detailed, intricate recipes and methods to follow. Recording pars and consistently keeping up with spreadsheets.
- Clean up spills, remove the glassware and organize the counter. Greet, refill water for guests and reset mise en place. Keep the bar area neat and clean.
- Handle emergency situations like cleaning up broken glasses and clearing up clogged drains.
- Occasionally, pour beer or wine for guests when asked by a manager.
- Ordering produce, garnish, N/A, purees, syrups at the end of each night according to pars without over / under ordering.
- Available to work 8 or more hours on your feet with occasional heavy lifting, and constant side work.
- Deliver cocktails while exemplifying exceptional customer service skills

- A true desire to learn the art and foundations of craft bartending
