CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EXPORT

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EXPORT is an important role in Monin’s Sales Support Team. This position will deliver outstanding service to Monin B2B customers with a special emphasis on international customers as well as providing support to the Monin sales team. Entering orders, answering customer questions, obtaining and completing specialized export documentation and certificates, entering customer complaints, return authorizations, and interacting with other departments and team members are the core responsibilities. Exceptional professionalism is required along with a detail-oriented approach to managing customer expectations, including issue escalation and resolution. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service and possess the ability to effectively manage customer expectations under even the most challenging circumstances. Managing workload so that all tasks are accomplished completely, accurately, and on time is essential. Additionally, this candidate will have strong communication skills and be well-trained in product knowledge and company policies. This position entails extensive oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and some Spanish is essential. The Customer Service Representative Export reports to the Senior Director Sales Operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma (experience may substitute for specific degree requirements)
· Two years’ experience in a customer service position, preferably working with international customers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills & problem-solving skills
· Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Navision a plus
· Flexible and works well under pressure, independently or as part of a team
· Ability to perform some mathematical calculations
· Deadline oriented
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
· This position is compensated at an hourly rate and occasional overtime hours may be required.
