Position Overview

• This is a team environment and we work together to accomplish office goals and help one another reach individual goals. State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• We implement strong processes and follow them. It is all about the process, and we know the results will come.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and market appropriate products and services to new and existing customers
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Setting Monthly and Annual goals

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive..

Desirable qualifications for candidates:

• Property and Casualty licensed
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Spanish speaker (preferred)
