TEAM SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

MonkeySports is a high-end specialty retailer of hockey, baseball and lacrosse equipment. We are looking for friendly experienced individuals to join our Team Sales department in Allen, TX. We are currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Support / Warehouse Associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process, package and ship orders
• Maintain and organize inventory
• Organize and clean warehouse space
• Check, verify and fulfill customer invoices

OTHER DUTIES 

• Build you own book of business
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Assist clients to meet their needs
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
