    Job Description

    HR ADMIN SUPPORT

    We are seeking an Intermediate level HR Admin to support the Human Resource Department at our corporate office and headquarters in Allen, TX. This position will include a variety of general office, clerical support and administrative duties within Human Resources. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of Human Resource experience (or relative staffing experience) with the ability to work in a professional environment while working with highly confidential and sensitive matters. This person will be reporting to the HR Manager and supporting the Payroll & Benefits Manager with a variety of responsibilities and duties.

    RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Provide professional and courteous support within the HR department and to employees in all divisions and entities
    • Manage job boards, job postings and recruitment sites for job postings in all states
    • Greet and screen visitors and applicants to the facility, which may include supporting the Front Receptionist Desk when required/necessary
    • Assist with new-hire screening, scheduling interviews, pre-employment screening, conducting reference checks
    • Ensure all applications, new-hire paperwork and benefits packets are copies, collated and readily available for on-boarding
    • Handle high volume of filing, including employee file maintenance and ensure employee files are in compliance and confidential
    • Coordinate and assist with new-hire orientation processes, facility tour and on-boarding when necessary
    • Support with the preparation and planning for meetings, activities and special company events
    • Handle special projects for the HR Department and external departments when advised
    • Assist with maintaining employee reports, payroll support and timekeeping
    • Assist with benefits and new hire onboarding
    • Assist with timekeeping and payroll preparation

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 2 years + of experience in Human Resources or relative experience
    • Experience with HRIS Software
    • Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written
    • Ability to handle highly confidential matters with discretion, judgment and professionalism
    • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel along with typing and data entry

    SCHEDULE/PAY RATE

    • Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
