Monmouth Cards – Retail Sales Associate (Lehigh Valley IronPigs Games) 📍 Location: Coca-Cola Park, Allentown, PA 📅 Seasonal | Starting Immediately | All Home Games

Monmouth Cards is bringing the hobby to the ballpark! We’ll be set up at every Lehigh Valley IronPigs home game this season, and we’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help run our booth and engage with fans.

Role Responsibilities:

Set up and break down the Monmouth Cards booth each game

Sell sealed product and single trading cards to fans

Provide knowledgeable guidance on sports cards and products

Maintain a clean, appealing display and organized inventory

Report basic sales and booth updates to management

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of trading cards (sports card experience a must)

Retail or in-person sales experience preferred

Outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated

Able to attend most or all IronPigs home games (evenings/weekends)

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + performance incentives
