Responsibilities:

- Ensure sauna rooms are clean and prepared for the next appointment after each use.

- Manage towel shipments and maintain the cold towel process.

- Create towel bundles for guest accessibility.

- Greet and welcome clients with enthusiasm.

- Assist Sales Associates with various tasks, including sales and back-of-house duties.

- Respond to guest inquiries and provide studio tours to new visitors.

- Prior customer service experience is a plus!
