Monotelo Advisors in Elgin, IL is seeking to expand our team with bright, motivated individuals.

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee personal tax and estate return preparation.

· Review individual income tax returns

· Review individual estate tax returns

· Delegate work to qualified team members

· Oversee our personal tax division

· Communicate and develop relationships with clients

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

· Desire to learn and grow

· Strong analytical and oral communication skills

· Capacity to self-direct and take initiative

· Experience in tax preparation

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

· Ability to manage and train employees

Qualifications:

· CPA Designation

· Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

· Enrolled Agent with 10 years of tax experience will be considered

If hired, your start date will be the second week of November
