Monotelo Advisors in Carlinville and Gillespie, IL is seeking to expand our team with bright, motivated individuals.

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee bookkeeping functions and develop financial reports in Quickbooks

· Oversee monthly sales tax returns

· Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports

· Review individual income tax returns

· Prepare corporate and partnership tax returns

· Communicate and develop relationships with small business clients

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

· Desire to learn and grow

· Strong analytical and oral communication skills

· Capacity to self-direct and take initiative

· Proficiency in Quickbooks

· Experience in tax preparation

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

· CPA Designation

· Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting

· Enrolled Agent with 10 years of tax experience will be considered
