We are in search of a self motivated individual who is efficient and successful with sales and help with the running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office/sales support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Follow up with customers
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Posting advertisement on social media
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner
- Data Entry (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Organize office and assist driving instructors/road examiners in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update student records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Monitor level of supplies
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
SKILLS
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service and office assistant or other relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in MS Office (required)
- Familiarity with scheduling and processing payments online
- Ability to build rapport with clients
