If you have experience with processing/assigning mortgage and consumer loans and are interested in working for a local community bank, then the Universal Loan Representative position is for you!

As a Universal Loan Representative , you will track and ensure receipt of required documents; review files and determine, based on underwriting guidelines, what additional documentation is needed. This position also prepares closing documents/packages and organizes loan closing with designated entities; ensures the accuracy and completeness of all related loan records and documentation; and, completes the booking and funding of assigned mortgages and consumer loans.

Working within Monson Savings Bank's Loan & Operations Center located at 75 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA, this full-time position generally works 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Education/Experience: Associates Degree and 1 - 3 years residential or consumer lending experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications/Skills: Must have strong customer service and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be computer literate. Team approach to work responsibilities; ability to prioritize and manage time and meet established deadlines; and, ability to manage multiple responsibilities are required. Successful incumbent is dependable, reliable and has demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory environment.
