We are looking for fun and responsible individuals to work side by side with ownership and management in running the coolest Family Entertainment Center in Charlotte. Monster Mini Golf Charlotte offer indoor Blacklight Mini Golf, Bowling, Laser Maze Attraction, Video Game Arcade, as well and Birthday Parties and other events.Our Shift Supervisors assist with opening and closing duties, training oversight and ensuring guest and experience and entertainment are delivered at a high level.

At least 2 years EXPERIENCE in opening or closing a business

Business experience in cash management, basic computer skills and word/excel/email capabilities

Supervisory experience with a team: have passion for coaching and ability to drive a learning culture through hands-on training

Be upbeat, fun, genuinely likable and smile a lot

Dependability & Maturity

Second to none customer service

Poised and professional in demeanor

The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

Communicate confidently and effectively
