    Monster Mini Golf of Norwood, MA is looking for an outgoing, organized, and self-motivated human who enjoys utilizing their sales ability in a variety of ways. A typical work week may include in-bound and out-bound telephone sales, direct selling from our facility, community-based networking, and outside door to door selling. If you are connected in the community, desire a part time position that is flexible, and don’t mind having fun while you work, then this just may be a fit for you! Below are more specifics regarding this unique sales position.

    Summary

    Serves as the first point of contact for guests and prospects interested in information or booking a Group Event. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Guest Service

    Emulates the Monster Mini Golf core values.

    Provides exceptional guest service, both in person and on the telephone.

    Responds to all inquiries and questions about Monster Mini Golf, pricing, group events, parties, hours of operation, location, etc. with complete confidence, enthusiasm, and with product knowledge mastery.

    Sales

    Books parties and group events.

    Upsells events to maximum potential revenue.

    Administration

    Accurately record and notes all event details for Memory Makers.

    Processes payment transactions.

    Prepares appropriate tracking and financial reports.

    Attends and contributes to team meetings.

    Qualifications

    Exceptional guest service skills and a desire to exceed guests’ expectations consistently.

    Computer, point of sale, and basic mathematical skills.

    Ability to sell events and party packages as well as upsell to maximize revenue.

    Professional appearance that aligns with Monster Mini Golf culture.

    Effective communication skills.

    Prior experience in a guest service and/or inside sales environment.

    Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
