The main attraction in our unique facilities is our one-of-a-kind 18-hole Glow in the Dark Miniature Golf Course complete with moving monsters, course entertainment, great music, and more! All Monster Mini Golf locations also feature a state-of the-art arcade, prize counter, and the coolest Birthday Party and Event rooms you have ever laid eyes on!     We are looking for a professional, natural born leader with the innate ability to inspire, motivate, and educate a team of outgoing and creative humans. A Monster Mini Golf leadership goes beyond the managerial norms of administrative, technical, and organization skills, as our leaders must constantly lead by example in creating the culture of all things fun and cool, while interacting with our guests. You will be responsible for finding, training and motivating a group of talented team members into a well-oiled entertainment and service team not typical in most Family Entertainment Centers. As this is the key to the energy, expectation and the overall satisfaction of our guest’s experience, which is the most important thing in our company! Here are some of the qualities and skills you must possess to successfully master our General Manager role:

    Truly enjoy interacting with humans of all ages (adults and children)
