As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you'll stay up to date on the latest smartphone trends, tech trends, and anything consumer electronic related so you can share your technology knowledge with our customers while conveying all the in-store deals & repair's we offer.

As a Sales & Repair Representative for Monster Phone Repair, you will be:

Helping customers make important decisions on whether to repair, buy, or even sell their device to us.

Providing helpful and pleasant service to our customers

Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members

Learning, learning, and more learning about wireless technology, people skills and yourself.

Room to grow as a certified repair tech.

Setting new sales records, winning customer service awards, and helping your store team be victorious!

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Outstanding people skills

Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability (mix of day, night, and weekend hours required)

Successful completion of a criminal background check
