Required Skills Required Experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree and/or 3 years of experience in homeless services. preferred. Lived experience of housing insecurity or teen parenting strongly preferred.
Experience working with pregnant and parenting young adults required.
Knowledge of housing requirements, range of services available and community resources preferred.
Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities independently
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including attention to detail and problem-solving skills and experience in casework documentation. writing abilities
Strong interpersonal skills, confident, team player, ability to exercise good judgment and to interact with a wide variety of people.
