All new MonteVista Homes are sold through our sales team with commissions paid on each sale. We are one of the area’s most successful new home builders. We develop new home communities and we will be building hundreds of new award-winning affordable homes in the local area. Hermiston, Oregon is located in the Columbia Basin which is one of the fastest-growing areas in the state and one of the best agricultural areas in the USA. The region is experiencing high job growth, with both Opportunity Zones and Enterprise zones attracting new business, manufacturing, and distribution centers. Amazon has also chosen the area as home for 30+ data centers. We are looking for the right candidate interested in long-term success. Qualifications: • College degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of sales experience • The ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license is required Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 Salary + Commission Potential Annually
