    We are looking for a full-time Systems Engineer to join our team!

     

    LOCATION

    • Boulder, Colorado – Full-time in office

     

    SALARY

    $130,000 - $140,000 /year + bonuses and benefits

     

    ABOUT THE JOB

    This is a full-time position as a systems engineer with opportunities to grow into a technical project management position if desired.

    This role will support the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) Mission Data Processing Applications Provider (MDPAP) product. MDPAP is modernizing missile warning ground systems, providing U.S. Space Force Guardians with the best tools for defending our nation.

    What you’ll do:

    • You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team working with other engineers and designers, emphasizing human engineering aspects such as human modeling, the impact of human performance on system performance, and human system integration requirements
    • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo/MagicDraw and SysML to model system requirements, architecture, functionality, components, and behavior
    • Support activities across the engineering lifecycle such as requirements analysis, functional allocation, interface management, trade studies, verification, and validation
    • Maintain systems engineering artifacts such as the System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and Program Management Plan (PMP)
    • Collaborate effectively with other teams and customer representatives on technical and programmatic needs
    • Analyze and report on budget, schedule, and technical performance to support project management reporting

     

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be a U.S citizen able to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance
    • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in an engineering discipline
    • 5+ years of experience developing large, complex military systems
    • 1+ years of experience with SysML modeling in Cameo MagicDraw or other MBSE tools
    • Experience across the entire system engineering lifecycle with emphasis on human systems integration
    • Experience with agile systems engineering and project management
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
