Facilities Maintenance / Repair Montero LLC - Gilbert, AZ 85233 Montero LLC is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance / Repair person to perform property repairs / renovations for commercial and domestic properties throughout the East valley. Desired professional attributes and requirements should include but are not limited to: * Excellent "can do" attitude and experience being a problem solver * Extremely hard-working with a good attitude and ability to work without direct supervision * Strong attention to detail and organization * Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills * Experience solving issues with HVAC desirable but not required. * Must have hands on experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, light electrical, plastering, sheetrock repair, use of ladders, basic hand tools, etc. * Insuring maximum efficiency, economy and quality of work * Ensures all appropriate safety procedures are observed in the performance of tasks * Electrical & mechanical: ceiling fans, outlets, switches, etc. * Plumbing: faucets, sinks, drains, toilets, garbage disposals * General home repairs * Interior and exterior doors, moldings and trim * Toilets, sinks, vanities and disposals. * Removing bulk trash (including appliances) * 3+ years of construction, handyman, and/or rental property maintenance experience * Be technology proficient: ability to text, email and use technology to keep in touch regularly...including phone! * Common sense, reliability, accountability, and honesty are crucial along with the skills to do the job. Tasks will include using a company vehicle to drive to multiple properties owned by Montero LLC and complete tasks or repairs, demolition, installation, and general upkeep. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid AZ driver license as well as a clean driving record. Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check. Must have high school graduation or equivalent. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance with company contribution, 401(K) after 1 year employment, sick time accrual and vacation time accrual. Work day shift Monday through Friday. Full time, 40 hours per week. Pay is dependent on experience. Must be a self-starter, able to meet deadlines and complete projects.
