About the Role:
Join Montessori Kids Universe Cameron Square as a Montessori Lead Teacher for ages 3-6, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate educators who are dedicated to fostering creativity and independence in our students.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a Montessori curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 3-6.
Facilitate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess student progress, providing individualized support and feedback.
Collaborate with parents and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain classroom materials and resources, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
Lead group activities that promote social skills and teamwork among students.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with Montessori practices.
Engage in community outreach to promote the values and mission of Montessori Kids Universe Cameron Square.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Montessori certification for ages 3-6 is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
Passion for child-centered education and a commitment to fostering independence.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor to support student growth.
