Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Montessori Teacher in daily classroom activities
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and child-centered learning environment
• Foster a calm and respectful atmosphere in the classroom
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and transitions
• Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children
• Patience, warmth, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn about and support the Montessori philosophy
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
