Job Summary We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Lead Montessori Preschool Teacher to guide and nurture young learners in a Montessori-inspired classroom. The ideal candidate has Montessori training, a genuine love for children, and a joyful, positive attitude. This role involves creating a supportive, engaging learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and respect. We have two preschools-one in San Juan Capistrano and one in Laguna Niguel and have opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities *Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities appropriate for preschool-aged children. *Create a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that supports hands-on learning. *Guide children in developing independence, social skills, and a love for learning. *Observe and assess children’s development and communicate progress with parents and staff. *Maintain a positive, calm, and respectful classroom atmosphere. *Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions. *Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support school programs and events. *Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and school policies.

Qualifications *Montessori training or coursework (AMI, AMS, or similar) preferred. *Experience working with preschool-aged children. *Genuine love for working with young children. *Happy disposition, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. *High energy and ability to actively engage with children throughout the day. *Strong classroom management and organizational skills. *CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
