Montessori Reggio Academy is seeking an experienced and qualified School Director for our new Katy Cinco Ranch campus, opening soon. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, school operations, staff development, parent communication, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance. The School Director will oversee the daily operations of the campus, support teachers and staff, ensure licensing and safety requirements are met, build strong relationships with families, and help create a positive, professional, and nurturing school environment. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role and must hold a valid Texas Director’s License. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and professional leader who is ready to grow with our school community. Responsibilities: • Lead the daily operations of our Katy Cinco Ranch campus, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for students and staff. • Support and mentor teachers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within our educational community. • Ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards, maintaining the highest level of care and professionalism. • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with families, enhancing communication and community engagement. • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the educational experience and operational efficiency. • Oversee staff development programs, empowering our team to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional education. • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the campus operations. Qualifications: • Must hold a valid Texas Child Care Director’s License or meet all Texas Licensing requirements to serve as a Director. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a licensed childcare center, preschool, private school, or early childhood education setting. • Strong knowledge of Texas Child Care Licensing standards, health and safety regulations, staff training requirements, and compliance procedures. • Experience supervising, training, and supporting teachers and staff in a professional school environment. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work professionally with parents, staff, students, and leadership. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily campus operations, schedules, documentation, and follow-up tasks. • Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or private school experience is preferred but not required. Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly
