About the Role:

Sacramento Montessori is looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our inspiring learning community in Sacramento, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity to guide young minds through child-led discovery in a nurturing, prepared environment where every day makes a difference.

Responsibilities:

Deliver authentic Montessori curriculum and lessons across core developmental areas

Prepare and maintain an organized, engaging Montessori classroom environment

Observe and document individual student progress and developmental milestones

Foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in each child

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support school-wide goals

Participate in parent-teacher conferences, school events, and professional development

Requirements:

Experience teaching in a Montessori or early childhood education setting

Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles

Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements
