FirstLight Home Care of Hudson Valley is seeking a dependable, compassionate PCA or HHA to provide one-on-one care for a client in Montgomery, NY.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll support a client with daily living activities and provide companionship that helps them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

Provide safe wheelchair transfers and mobility assistance

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Drive and accompany client to appointments, shopping, and errands

Provide companionship and emotional support

Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment

What We're Looking For

NYS PCA or HHA certification preferred

Experience with wheelchair assistance and transfers

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Authorization to work in the United States
