To be considered you must be enrolled in or enroll in a course to obtain your Real Estate License and then successfully pass your exams. Responsibilities: • Enroll in a course and successfully obtain your NYS Real Estate Salesperson License • Complete Monticello New Agent Training • Follow up with potential clients to build a qualified sales pipeline  • Scout out potential buyers and sellers and provide them with valuable information to convert them to a client  • Facilitate the entire home buying or selling process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction  • Have local knowledge of the community or be willing to learn in order to answer any questions that potential clients could have  • Consult with buyers and sellers to find out their needs and wants in a home Qualifications: • Enrolled in a course to obtain your real estate license • Successfully complete the course and pass both the course and NYS exam • Complete Monticello New Agent Training • Local real estate market knowledge is a plus • High school diploma required  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and transportation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Customer-focused  • Technologically proficient and willing to learn  • Team player • Full-Time availability preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+
