    We have a unique opportunity to join a brokerage while you are in the process of becoming licensed. To be considered you must be enrolled in or enroll in a course to obtain your Real Estate License and then successfully pass your exams. This is 100% commission based but it is an opportunity to be trained/mentored while you are in the course so once you pass your exams you are ready to start selling! We will be there to help guide you through the entire process from start to finish making sure that you have all the proper tools to be successful. Responsibilities: • Enroll in a course and successfully obtain your NYS Real Estate Salesperson License • Complete Monticello New Agent Training • Follow up with potential clients to build a qualified sales pipeline • Scout out potential buyers and sellers and provide them with valuable information to convert them to a client • Facilitate the entire home buying or selling process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction • Have local knowledge of the community or be willing to learn in order to answer any questions that potential clients could have • Consult with buyers and sellers to find out their needs and wants in a home Qualifications: • Enrolled in a course to obtain your real estate license • Successfully complete the course and pass both the course and NYS exam • Complete Monticello New Agent Training • Local real estate market knowledge is a plus • High school diploma required • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and transportation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Customer-focused • Technologically proficient and willing to learn • Team player • Full-Time availability preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+
