    The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team of Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies • Help prepare budgets • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Recruit, train, and support new real estate agents • Onboard agents onto brokerage software and provide ongoing training and support • Support the team by creating monthly and quarterly meetings and events to foster a company culture • Track key monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics • Respond to incoming leads and pre-qualify them before passing them off to an agent • Convert qualified real estate leads by following up via phone calls and email while utilizing our CRM • Supervise contract compliance for all company realtors – document retention Qualifications: • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Have prior experience in sales • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Proven organizational and planning ability • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess an NYS real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • At least 3 years of relevant experience • In-office work required, with some evening and weekend responsibilities Compensation: $70,000+ at plan
