    We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to assist our rapidly growing residential real estate business serving the Capital Region. Responsibilities: Support real estate agents in the maintenance, documentation and follow-up of all escrow related paperwork to ensure accuracy and timeliness Efficiently complete all office duties as assigned to ensure client satisfaction Verify all disclosures have been sent within the required amount of time to keep the process running smoothly and on schedule Confirm that all documentation has the appropriate signatures and dates so the home sale process is completed as smoothly and as quickly as possible • Provide overall company and office administrative support • Support the team or real estate agents • Manage administrative work related to listing homes • Install/remove sign panels and lockboxes • Supervise contract compliance for all company realtors – document retention Qualifications: Prior experience in Transaction Coordination, Real Estate, Titles and/or Mortgages preferred Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills Develops strong rapport with both clients and team Ability to communicate effectively; both written and oral Responds well to stress and keeps calm in all situations • Strong customer service skills • Excellent phone skills and ability to call and track leads • Patience working with new and current clients • Strong written and verbal skills • The ability to problem solve, think creatively, and independently • Attention to detail and well organized • Openness to learning and using web based software • A NYS real estate license preferred or a willingness to secure the license • A valid NYS driver license and reliable transportation – local travel required Compensation: $50,000
