Responsibilities: • Enroll in a course and successfully obtain your NYS Real Estate Salesperson License • Complete Monticello New Agent Training • Follow up with potential clients to build a qualified sales pipeline • Scout out potential buyers and sellers and provide them with valuable information to convert them into a client • Facilitate the entire home buying or selling process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction • Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market • Consult with buyers and sellers to find out their needs and wants in a home • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: • Successfully complete the course and pass both the course and the NYS exam • Local real estate market knowledge is a plus • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Customer-focused • Technologically proficient and willing to learn • Team player • Full-time availability preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $110,000 + at plan yearly
