MONTROSE RECREATION DISTRICT (MRD)
PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
This position is responsible for providing customer service to the public and representing MRD in all aspects. As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve as MRD's receptionist. Hours may vary between 20-25 hours per week.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: This position reports directly to the Customer Services Supervisor. The Lead Customer Service Representatives will support the CSRs during their shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The following are examples of primary duties assigned to this position. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:Entry level position that requires basic computer skills. Bilingual is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment with extensive public contact. Irregular work hours including seasonal variations, evening, weekend, and some holiday hours.
PHYSICAL CONDITIONS: Primary functions may require walking, standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time. This position may require some moderate lifting and working primarily indoors.
